How to host an adventure on sneakout
All the fields are not mandatory, you can enter only those information that is applicable to your adventure offering and leave the other fields blank.
- After Login successfully into Sneakout, click on Become a host at the top right side of the home page. Or you can directly go to the listing page by clicking the link: Host an adventure
Once you are in the hosting screen\, scroll down to find adventure hosting. Click “Lets get started”
Click on Start listing
Enter your company details like name, location and select the adventure that you offer. If you offer multiple adventures, you can make multiple separate listings. If you offer a long duration adventure package, select the “customised package” option and manually type all the adventures included in your package.
If your package includes accommodation, select “Yes” for accommodation and select the kind of accommodation (shared tents, dorms or bunker bed). Duration is the number of nights for which accommodation is provided in your package.
Transfers and pickup - Select yes if you provide transfers from nearest airport, railway station, busstand or any common point. Also mention pick up and drop off points clearly.
If your package includes food for the guests, please select meals provided per day by selecting breakfast, lunch, dinner, tea/coffee whichever is applicable.
If you are providing hiking, trekking, summit or any adventure activity which requires a guide, please select guide “Yes” and give a short description of the guide.
Adventure details - Headline of your adventure offering, detailed highlights, duration of adventure (if it is just one hour, just enter 1 for hours and 0 for day and night), Maximum group size, price per person, difficulty level, location, how to reach there from the local bus stand, railway station or airport and also copy paste google map location link in the last field.
Give a detailed description on how to reach the destination via different modes of transportation. Provide the details of gears or items you provide to the guests to complete the adventure. Also mention what the guests should carry with them to complete the adventure safely and successfully.
Day wise itinerary can be added in this step. Just click “add more” to add more days. You can add as many days as you want as per the package. Please ensure it matches the number of days you mentioned in Step 9.
If you are providing additional items at an extra price (like safety helmet, safety jacket, or any other item) mention the equipment name and rent here. If you provide private accommodation in a group event, mention extra charges for this exclusive service. These are optional, you can skip if it is not applicable to you.
