“My account” explained
After Login successfully into Sneakout, click on My Account at the top right side of the home page. You can also find a link to access this page in the bottom (footer) of the home page.
By default you will enter into the guest/customer “My account” view. Here you can see all the past bookings made by you. QR code generated for each booking can be viewed here. This QR code will also be sent to your registered email at the time of booking confirmation.
Write review section allows you to review the campsites/accommodations or adventures you have booked through sneakout. This will help other travellers while planning their next outdoor adventure.
Host account
When you click on “Host account” you will switch to the host view.
First option under “Host Account” is Bookings. This screen shows all the bookings that you received for your listings on Sneakout. If you have listed campsite, eco-lodge, and some adventure, you can see all the bookings you got for all these listings on this page.
As a host, you can host campsites, eco-friendly accommodations and outdoor adventures on Sneakout. Click on Campsite to see the camping listings you listed on Sneakout. You can tick the check box to make your listing live on Sneakout and guests will be able to make a booking. Un-ticking this option will make your listing invisible on Sneakout searches. There is also an option provided to add Campsite to start hosting your land for tent camping or RV parking on Sneakout.
Click on “Accommodation” to see the eco-friendly accomodation(s) you have listed on sneakout. There is also an option provided to add accommodation to start hosting an new eco-friendly stay on Sneakout.
Same is applicable to adventure. You can add adventure, see details and make it available on Sneakout searches by ticking the checkbox.
Next option is Bank details. Here you can enter your bank account and UPI details to which you wish to receive payments for the bookings you get through Sneakout. Please keep in mind that the bank account or UPI ID must be in the name of the host or the company that you represent (as per the PAN).
